Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Assist in financial data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and financial trends to enhance departmental strategies.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support financial audits by gathering necessary documentation and providing assistance to auditors.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting principles.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Extended periods of sitting.

- Standard, high volume office environment.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment and software.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality

- Must have the ability to exercise initiative and work independently - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the healthcare finance sector.
