Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.
- Three (3) years of experience providing ABA services to children.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Master’s Degree in relevant field of study.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disorders in the clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA and behavior modification.
- Provide training and supervision to Behavioral Technicians.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses.
- Conduct verbal behavior/language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R).
- Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals.
- Consult and collaborate with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other pediatric disciplines.
- Assist with administrative tasks and oversight of the ABA deportment (including ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.).
- Participate in Continuous quality improvement efforts
- Consult on and supervise internal and external research projects as directed by BCBA Supervisor
- Ability to be on feet/walking extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 40 pounds.
- Work is performed in a clinical outpatient environment.
- Must be ambitious and self-motivated.

- Must be comfortable collaborating with attending physicians.
- Must be well organized.
- Must possess efficient time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to respond quickly to varying demands from provider and patient.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and related skills.
