Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years of experience in the construction field performing work in a commercial/residential setting.
- One (1) year building maintenance experience.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
- Completion of educational curriculum from a trade or vocational school.
- License or certification of at least one of the following construction disciplines: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC.
- Framing with metal studs
- Measuring, cutting, hanging drywall
- Finishing drywall by taping, sanding, and applying a finish
- Framing and hanging doors
- Installing electrical conduit and pulling wiring
- Installing a variety of electrical devices and safely terminating connections
- Installing and hanging HVAC ductwork and devices
- Roughing in and installing new plumbing fixtures, valves, supply, drain and vent lines
- Installing different types of flooring materials
- Perform Shift Work
