What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and help them find the right products.
- Answer questions about prices, availability, and product features.
- Pick, pack, and deliver orders accurately and on time.
- Keep the counter and warehouse clean, organized, and stocked.
- Handle customer issues with a focus on solving problems and providing great service.
- Enter orders into our system and support your teammates wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills—you’ll be entering orders and checking inventory.
- A strong work ethic and team spirit—we rely on each other to get the job done.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed.
- Electrical product knowledge is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
