Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support and grow our client base. This role focuses on ensuring current advertisers achieve strong results while identifying new opportunities to expand relationships and bring in additional business.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients—helping them maximize their marketing performance while also generating new revenue through referrals, upsells, and outreach to non-advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Act as the primary contact for client questions, updates, and issue resolution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Proactively reach out to non-advertisers and prospects to generate new business
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to deliver results for clients
• Track client performance, retention, and growth
