We’re bringing on new Customer Service Representative (CSR) team members for a full-time, in-person role. This position is built around customer interaction, customer support, and customer-focused sales, where you’ll help each customer understand service options and complete the process from start to finish.

Day-to-Day Customer Work
- Work directly with each customer to answer questions and provide support
- Walk every customer through available services and explain options clearly
- Assist each customer with setup, activation, and account updates
- Handle customer concerns and provide quick solutions on the spot
- Keep track of customer information, updates, and completed interactions
- Stay active in the field while managing multiple customer conversations
Customer-Focused Sales Environment
- This CSR role includes sales responsibilities tied to customer needs
- Recommend additional services when it benefits the customer experience
- Support ongoing sales activity while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Contribute to team sales goals and individual performance targets
- Build confidence in both customer service and sales interactions
