General Description
This position serves in a senior leadership role and is responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic oversight of multiple non-clinical operational programs within the hospital. The incumbent will oversee the key support functions, including facilities management, maintenance, safety and security, dietary services, housekeeping, and communication systems. This position ensures these programs align with the hospital’s mission, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Performs related duties as required or assigned. Mandatory overtime may be required. Schedule is subject to change depending on the needs of the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in the program area or related field.

Pay: $57,525.00 - $95,875.00 per year
