Entry Level Account Manager (Training Provided)

We are a straightforward sales and development firm, wants an Entry Level Account Manager for Fairmont, WV who keeps things simple. The Entry Level Account Manager will take care of Verizon accounts for customers, help them figure out if their current plan still makes sense, and show them newer phones when they're due for an upgrade.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll gain training in Verizon 5G cell phone plans, account management, and sales techniques. The Entry Level Account Manager will discuss plan options, compare devices, and provide clear guidance. Through account care and persistent sales efforts, you’ll help customers make confident decisions while driving sales outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager

• Start conversations with customers in person to review their current smartphone setup and introduce Verizon 5G plans that better match their lifestyle.
• Keep sales explanations simple by breaking down Verizon 5G plans, pricing, and upgrades in everyday language.
• Support customers through activations, plan adjustments, and device swaps to maintain smooth account service.
• Check in with each account to ensure satisfaction and uncover future sales opportunities.
• Maintain organized account records and track your sales performance to stay aligned with goals.
• Provide community feedback to help improve Verizon 5G outreach and strengthen local account relationships.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager

• Experience in sales, helping customers, or managing accounts is great, but not required.
• Friendly and comfortable talking with people while representing Verizon 5G in the community.
• Able to stay organized and keep simple notes to help track customers and conversations.
• Good at listening and understanding what different people need.
• Reliable and able to work on your own while still being part of a team.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
