We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and Fast pace environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiry Emails .
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.
- Utilize Curve and other software for administrative tasks and communication.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to executives when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Taking payments from Patients
- Being a reliable employee , reliability to come in to work for this position is everything to us as our team exceeds in this.
Skills
- Strong calendar management abilities to efficiently schedule appointments.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
