Senior Specialist Master Planning

Overview

In this position the Senior Specialist, Master Planning will manage within a mid and long-term scope the Supply Chain activities for the manufacturing site of Couvet.

This position will be lead in close collaboration with key users working in Manufacturing Operations Services and other internal stakeholders (Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Validation, Maintenance, Production, Scheduling, ...).

The Senior Specialist, Master Planning could act as backup of the Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Master Planning

• Define and guarantee the execution of the Manufacturing Resources Planning in the mid-term and long-term plans in a timely and smooth manner (inclusive availability of materials, resources, ERP set-ups).
• Be accountable for the timely release of SKUs, coordinate release prioritization if required.
• Lead capacity in the 12-months windows in close coordination with the different stakeholders. (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, Maintenance, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain...)
• Key contact for the Customer Planning Supply Team, participate to the monthly supply plan activities.
• Accountable for commercial customer service KPIs (On Time in Full,RTP),
• Follow-up and define solutions for issues or deviations related to his/her scope of activities.
• Be in charge of the planned downtime planning and update the production calendars and number of shifts for each work center
• Release/Firm the monthly forecasts into a Master Plan.
• Prepare and lead the monthly RCCP Cycle review to the Leadership team

Project and change management

• Be accountable to execute his/her activities as per GMP regulations and ensure timeliness for Trackwise record execution
• In charge of CCR (Change Control Request) creation or impact assessment and responsible for CCR tasks verification within Supply Management Department.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SAP item creation process,in close collaboration with Master Data Management Team and New Product Introduction Team.
• Act as SAP super-user for planning activities
• Accountable for any creation / update of controlled documents related to his/her scope of activities (SOP, JobAid, LIST, etc.)
• Propose process improvements ideas and guide them to realization, actively participate in projects.

Qualifications

Experience / Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain 5 years' experience in the field of supply chain manufacturing planning
• Experience in an industrial international environment, in pharmaceutical area is an asset. Familiar with cGMP regulations
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) is a plus

Experience / Education
