Pay: $16.50/hr - $18.50/hr ALL tips performance-based bonuses weekly!
The Detailer performs company wash and detail services according to the published SOP, on time and to the quality standard required for repeat business. This hands-on, primarily outdoor role may include travel to mobile job sites and direct customer interaction. Responsibilities
- Perform Signature Wush, Proper Wush, Full Wush, Quick Wush, and sold add-on services according to the company SOP; inspect each vehicle before release, correct missed areas, and meet service-time and quality standards.
- Prepare the wash station, equipment, towels, chemicals, and supplies for each shift; use products as directed, clean/store equipment properly, and report low inventory, damage, or malfunctions.
- Provide professional customer service by confirming the purchased service and requests, communicating delays or pre-existing damage, reviewing the finished vehicle at handoff, and escalating complaints when needed.
- Safely operate the company truck to assigned mobile sites; keep the site and vehicle clean and hazard-free; follow water/runoff and chemical-disposal requirements; complete required job logs, tickets, and photo documentation.
Requirements
- Transportation & License: Reliable transportation to the assigned job site; valid driver's license and driving record sufficient to be insured for the company truck.
- Reliability & Availability: Consistent on-time attendance, ability to work the assigned schedule (including listed weekend/early/peak-season hours), and a clean company uniform/professional appearance.
- Eligibility: Minimum age 18; legally authorized to work in the U.S.; high school diploma/GED or equivalent practical experience; able to pass required background, motor-vehicle, and drug-screening checks.
- Work Standards: Follow the SOP without shortcuts; communicate clearly and courteously; meet company quality/customer-service standards; demonstrate attention to detail, integrity, and immediate reporting of damage or mistakes.
- Technology: Access to a working smartphone for scheduling, job assignments, and photo documentation. [Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but NOT required.]
