Würth USA is seeking an Automotive Supply Route Sales Representative to serve an active book of business in the Greater Denver, CO Region.
This is a hands-on, field-based role combining sales, account management, and physical inventory work.
You will be expected to sell, build relationships, and physically manage product inside customer locations.

Geographical Footprint
- This role will serve customers in the Greater Denver, CO region extending north to Fort Collins, CO and South to Pueblo, CO with some drives spanning 2 hours one way
- Manage and grow nearly 150 active accounts
- Prospect and develop new business
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory at customer sites
- Move, handle, and position equipment (ORSY systems, vending machines) as needed
- Travel across a large, combined territory (north south Phoenix market)
- Overnight travel required at times
- Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and operational issues
- Total Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000
- Base Salary: ~$42,000 – $45,500
- Bonus Structure:
- Begins at 90% performance
- Scales to 150%
- Based on sales product mix
- Top-End Earnings: ~$78,000
- Company Vehicle Gas Card Provided
- 100% field-based (no office days)
- 5 days per week on the road
- 8:00 AM start at first stop / 5:00 PM finish at last
- Large territory with significant driving
