Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include taking orders, expediting orders, delivering food to guests, scooping ice cream, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the front of house area. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment that enhances the dining experience.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Greet every guest that enters the restaurant.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Point of Sale System through accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Fulfill ice cream orders.
- Expedite completed food orders as they are passed on to the Front of House Team.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through consistent food quality and presentation.
- Deliver orders to guests in the restaurant area, bowling alley lanes, and the bar.
- Keep the Front of House area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Food Safety card.
