Role Description
Ideal applicants will have prior Pilates training - we can't wait to share our unique approach with you to lead Pilates inspired movement with a scientific approach, blending it with contemporary pacing for the best of both worlds. Pilates Educator must go through WundaBar Educator Training before teaching. *PARTIAL Scholarship for training program available*. $3800 value.
Our studio locations are in Studio City, Montrose, Pasadena, and West Hollywood. The Pilates Educator will be responsible for teaching private and group classes, be available for mat Pilates video shoots, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
You’d make a great fit for this role if you’re good at:
- Pilates Instruction and Teaching skills - both group and private
- Delivering excellent client experiences - teaching and relationship building
- Collaborating with and mentoring teammates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Extra awesome:
- If you have Rehab / Physical Therapy experience
- Bring 5-10 years teaching experience
- Find continued learning about the human body fascinating
- You love helping others feel empowered through movement
Daily Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Teach 12-18 classes per week specifically between the hours of 6am-9am Monday through Friday.
- Teach primarily group classes and some private lessons
- Participate in mat Pilates workout shoots
- Deliver exceptional brand experience to clients
- Promote client sales and retention
- Lead marketing events
