If you’re an independent Dry Van Owner-Operator that’s tired of staring at DAT and Truckstop, fighting over cheap freight, and wasting hours dealing with brokers, then read ahead.
Wulf Logistics is an elite independent dispatching agency. We don't hire you—we work FOR you. You keep 100% of your independence, run under your own authority, and keep your business moving while we book top-dollar dry van freight, handle the broker setups, and negotiate the best rates on your behalf.
What Wulf Logistics Does For You:
* Premium Rate Negotiation: We don't just book loads; we negotiate hard for top dollar, including tarp pay, detention, and layovers.
* Complete Back-Office Support: We handle all broker setups, insurance certificates, and rate confirmations so you can just focus on driving.

* Dedicated Strategy: We learn your favorite lanes, your equipment specs (Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga, etc.), and your home-time goals.
Expected Gross Revenue: $5,000 - $8,000 per week (Gross truck revenue potential)
What We Cost:
* 9% Dispatch Fee: Purely performance-based—we only get paid when you get paid. No hidden fees, no onboarding costs, and no long-term contracts. We handle the heavy lifting, the hard negotiations, and the back-office paperwork so you can focus on driving.
Requirements:
* Must have your own active DOT & MC Authority, 6 months preferred by most brokers. (New authorities are welcomed)
* Must own a road-ready Semi-Tractor and own/rent a 53’ Dry Van trailer.
* Valid Class A CDL & up-to-date cargo/liability insurance ($1,000,000 liability / $100,000 cargo minimum).
* A professional attitude and strong communication skills.
