What will you do?
From day one, you will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Business Support Assistant, you'll gain exposure to diverse aspects of our business while working on real client projects.
- Provide support to account executives;
- Treatment of documentation;
- Prepare and update of statistical maps;
- Develop technical knowledge;
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and customer orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
