This role is ideal for professional security guards with strong situational awareness, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform foot patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and securityManage access control for employees, visitors, and vendorsConduct surveillance and monitor cameras or alarm systems when applicableRespond to incidents and perform basic investigation as neededComplete detailed reports including daily activity logs and incident documentationEnforce site policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocolsProvide a visible security presence and always maintain professionalismQualifications & RequirementsActive NC or SC Guard Card preferred but not required (unarmed or armed)Prior experience as a Security Officer, Armed Security Officer, or Law Enforcement Officer preferredMust pass background checks and mandatory drug testingReliable transportation and ability to work a flexible scheduleStrong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to follow post orders and safety protocolsWork Environment & ScheduleAssignments may include retail, commercial, industrial, or private site securityIndoor and outdoor shifts depending on locationPhysically active role requiring standing, walking, and occasional liftingShifts may include days, evenings, nights, and weekendsSmoke-free work environmentEmployment Type: Full TimeBonus/Commission: No
