The Opportunity
This isn't your typical EA role. You'll be the CEO's strategic partner, anticipating needs before they arise, managing complex priorities, and serving as the connective tissue that keeps our fast-moving organization aligned and efficient. Your intuition and outgoing personality will be essential as you navigate high-stakes situations and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the CEO's trusted advisor, managing complex calendars, priorities, and strategic initiatives
- Communication Hub: Draft and edit high-level communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management: Drive critical projects and special initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across departments
- Relationship Building: Interface with board members, investors, partners, and senior executives with poise and professionalism
- Information Management: Synthesize complex information into actionable insights and maintain confidential information with utmost discretion
- Event Coordination: Orchestrate high-profile meetings, events, and travel arrangements with flawless execution
- Office Operations: Optimize CEO office operations and serve as liaison between CEO and executive team
Required Qualifications
- Pursing bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or experience in Marketing and/or Finance
- Experience in energy, technology, or high-growth startup environments
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Event planning and coordination experience
- International travel coordination experience

Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 25-35% domestic and international travel to accompany the CEO to meetings, conferences, and site visits. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel, able to coordinate complex itineraries, and flexible with short-notice trips. A valid passport is required. Travel presents excellent opportunities to gain exposure to WTS's operations and build relationships across our energy infrastructure network.
