- Act as a specialist in composite lamination and fabrication processes.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve a structured, hands-on composite training program.
- Develop high-quality instructional materials including work instructions, visual aids, and hands-on exercises.
- Deliver repeatable training methods aligned with company quality and safety expectations!
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure training efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve quality, repeatability, and efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support during First Article Inspection (FAI) and production scaling initiatives.
- 10 years of hands-on composite lamination experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to build standardized work instructions and skills progression frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials, layup techniques, and process controls.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organized training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- A continuous improvement approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred certifications in composites lamination (e.g., ACMA, NADCAP) and Lean.
