Warehouse Janitor-TRACY

Objective: Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing trash from trash cans, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Duties:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Damp clean window ledges.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Scrub surfaces clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restock supplies as needed.
• Clean, sanitize toilet seats, bowls and urinals.
• Remove spots, stains and splashes from wall and counter tips.
• Remove fingerprints from door frame, light switches, kick plates, push plates, handles, railings.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum Experience: Janitorial Experience 1 year preferred
• Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
• Ability to lift and carry objects
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

Job Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available on the weekends
