Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Loader/Unloaders to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our waste-to-energy and recycling processes by safely handling, loading, and unloading materials. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a physical, hands-on environment and want to contribute to advancing renewable energy and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, products, and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with sorting, stacking, and moving items within the facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required (training provided if necessary).
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading/unloading areas.
- Support the operations team in daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
