What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, results-driven acupuncture treatments in a high-demand environment
- Create thoughtful, ongoing treatment plans that support long-term client outcome and build strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
- Integrate acupuncture, cupping, and TCM lifestyle recommendations into a cohesive care plan
- Confidently recommend herbal and wellness products to support results outside the studio
- Maintain exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and efficient medical charting
What We’re Looking For
- NY State Acupuncture License NCCAOM certification
- Strong clinical intuition and ability to adapt treatments to client needs
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
- Passion for TCM and making it accessible to a wider audience
- Availability to work at least one evening or weekend shift with a minimum of 3 shifts a week.

- Herbal medicine experience
- Experience in a high-volume or wellness-focused environment
Compensation
- Competitive hourly base pay per-treatment bonus ($10–$20 per treatment based on volume)
- Additional earning opportunities through enhancements and memberships
- Typical earnings range: $28-$75
