Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, organized Bilingual Customer Service & Business Development Representative to join our growing HVAC company. This position combines customer service, scheduling, quote preparation, sales follow-up, and outreach to help us build lasting customer relationships and grow our business.
The ideal candidate communicates confidently in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and takes initiative. HVAC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries in English and Spanish. Provide friendly, professional assistance to homeowners and business customers.
- Scheduling: Schedule service appointments and installation estimates, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed.
- HVAC Quotes & Follow-Up: Prepare and send HVAC service and installation quotes using pricing and scope details provided by our team. Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes, answer general questions, coordinate technical questions with our HVAC team, and help turn approved quotes into scheduled jobs.
- Business Development: Contact potential customers, general contractors, property managers, and local businesses to introduce our services and develop new relationships.
- Service Promotion: Explain our heating, cooling, heat pump, water heater, and maintenance services, along with available financing and rebate options.
- Customer Records: Maintain accurate contact information, appointment notes, quote status, and follow-up activities in Housecall Pro.
- Office Support: Assist with invoices, payment processing, customer review requests, and daily office organization.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service, sales, scheduling, or office experience preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending quotes, and following up with prospective customers.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and customer management software.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and updating customer records.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus; technical installation experience is not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
