Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador to help bring those efforts to life in the Cincinnati area.

Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent our nonprofit partners at local events by engaging with community members and sharing their mission in a positive and professional manner
- Help set up and manage event displays, ensuring they are welcoming, informative, and aligned with each organization’s values
- Build strong relationships with attendees and donors while answering questions and providing information about our causes
- Work closely with other Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador team members to create a high-energy, collaborative event atmosphere
- Record event metrics and share insights with leadership to support campaign improvements
- Attend regular Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador team meetings to stay aligned on goals, updates, and training
What You Need to Succeed as an Event Assistant / Brand Ambassador:
- Experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
- A natural communicator who enjoys talking with people from all walks of life
- Energetic and reliable with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Passionate about community involvement and creating positive change
- Excited to take on new challenges and grow within a supportive team
