Bilingual Sales Lead Generator

WT Equipment is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and bilingual individual to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right equipment for their needs.

The Bilingual Sales Lead Generator will help identify and develop sales opportunities for light construction and landscape equipment customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish. This is a full-time hourly non-exempt position with commission opportunity. Schedule may vary based on dealership needs, seasonal demand, and customer events.

Key Responsibilities of Bilingual Sales Lead Generator

· Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and walk-in customer interactions, to help build opportunities for the sales team.

· Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish to answer basic questions and gather information about their equipment needs.

· Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to identify upcoming projects, seasonal needs, and potential buying interest.

· Maintain accurate customer records, lead notes, contact information, and follow-up activity.

· Support sales opportunities for light construction, landscape, and agricultural equipment related products.

· Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, parts, service, and management to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Maintain knowledge of dealership products, equipment lines, and promotions.

Qualifications of Bilingual Sales Lead Generator

· Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

· Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to build relationships with customers and work well in a team-oriented sales environment.

· Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new and existing customers.

· Basic computer skills

· Previous experience in sales support, customer service, and lead generation preferred.

· Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to work as part of a team.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
