- NexStep**is seeking passionate and dedicated faculty members to join
adult learners prepare to pass the GED exams, and earn their high school
diploma.
We are hiring for multiple**part-time positions (6 hours per week,

- **Language Arts Classes**: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9am12pm and/or
- **Math Classes**: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am12pm and/or 6pm9p

students in preparation for the General Educational Development

- Create and maintain a classroom environment that supports adult
- Deliver engaging, interactive instruction using GED curriculum
- Apply differentiation, small group strategies, and
- Track student attendance and maintain necessary records and
- Provide constructive feedback to support student progress and
- Model and encourage strong work habits such as punctuality,
- Participate in professional development to remain current in the

- Strong background in ESL, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, or
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
