Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting visitors, students, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Providing information on academic programs, services, and campus resources.
- Responding to general inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
