Our Buildings Team is seeking a **Senior Summer 2023 BIM Web Developer Intern** to work out of our **New York, NY** office.
**Your Impact**
Development of web-based automation workflows using REST APIs.
Development of server-side code interfacing with 3rd-party APIs.
Deployment of websites to Microsoft Azure.
Work with the engineering team to establish automation workflows.
Support a variety of engineering tasks with the goal to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
Learn basic principles of BIM/Web Development.
Complete training on assigned tasks.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship.
**Who You Are**
**Required Qualifications**
Actively enrolled in an accredited Computer Science, or related, Masters or PhD program.
Prior related internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products.
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Knowledge of client-side JS frameworks, especially React.Solid knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM360, and Autodesk Forge.
Knowledge of Typescript and Python.
Knowledge of Angular or Vue.JS and .NET Framework optional.
Previous internship experience in related field.

Expected Salary: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
