- Understand, implement and support completion of the daily plan
- Assist or lead pre-shift meetings
- Assign and delegate work as required to complete training assignments
- Provide necessary PPE, equipment and tools to complete work
- Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up on progress
- Collect and communicate performance data and weekly reviews
- Control work documents
- Authorize UKG payroll
- Generate shift reports
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment
- Perform process audits
- Knowledge of all warehouse operations including: receipt, shipment, RF, and housekeeping
- Proficient in the operation of material handling equipment
- Support and provide coverage for supervisor during absence
- Performs and/or directs the steps to be followed in the physical receipt, unloading, and handling of material and shipment of material to customer specifications
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have strong attendance record
- Proven training of all warehouse operations including: receipt, shipment, RF, and housekeeping
- Commitment to the well-being of fellow associates
- Excellent knowledge of WSI policies and Safety & Health guidelines
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs
