WSI Freight Solutions is seeking a Freight Brokerage Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of freight brokerage sales professionals. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, sales performance, and team development while fostering a culture of accountability and execution.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 12 freight brokerage sales representatives.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across truckload, LTL, and freight solutions.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and key performance metrics.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Assist with pricing strategies, customer presentations, and closing opportunities.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure CRM compliance, pipeline accuracy, and adherence to sales processes.
- Support the implementation of sales best practices and operational alignment.
- 5 years of freight brokerage sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of truckload brokerage, spot and contract freight, margin management, and customer acquisition.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior freight brokerage sales leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, TAI TMS, Greenscreens, DAT, Truckstop, Highway, and Cargo Chief preferred.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work at a computer throughout the day.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual meetings.
- Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds.
