WSi Healthcare Personnel is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for a unique correctional healthcare opportunity in Carrizozo, New Mexico. If you are confident working independently, enjoy variety, and want to make a real difference in your patients’ lives, this could be the role for you.
From medication administration and patient assessments to triage and emergency response, no two shifts are exactly the same.

Available Shifts
- Days: 6:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Nights: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Make an Impact Every Shift
In this role, you will:
- Administer medications and complete med passes
- Conduct sick call and patient assessments
- Perform triage and respond to medical emergencies
- Complete intake screenings and evaluations
- Monitor chronic health conditions
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborate with providers and custody staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Are You a Good Fit?
We are looking for LPNs who have:
- An active New Mexico LPN license or qualifying multistate compact license
- Correctional or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- A dependable, professional approach to patient care
