We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing and Coding to join our team in optimizing revenue cycle processes and ensuring accurate billing and coding. This role is responsible for accurately coding medical procedures and diagnoses, submitting claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate must hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or CPC-A certification and have a strong understanding of medical billing processes and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical records to assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies in a timely manner
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and rejections
Qualifications:
Active CPC or CPC-A certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of medical billing and coding experience (CPC-A candidates may be considered
