We’re an independent recruitment agency partnering with a respected community behavioral health provider in Aurora, Colorado to hire an experienced Clinical Supervisor to support and lead Crisis Services, including a 24/7 Walk-In Crisis Clinic and a Crisis Stabilization Unit.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a calm, clinically strong supervisor who thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. You’ll provide clinical oversight, support staff in urgent situations, guide interventions, and help ensure safe, high-quality care for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. You’ll also collaborate closely with community partners and key stakeholders.
Schedule (Fully Onsite/In-Person)
Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). Roles under 40 hours/week will be prorated to the appropriate FTE. Compensation is also determined by years of licensure and internal equity.
Bilingual language differential is available (rate depends on the role’s language needs and validated fluency). Eligible employees receive bi-weekly earnings equivalent to 5% of base pay, up to $3,000 per calendar year, prorated based on FTE.

Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). Roles under 40 hours/week will be prorated to the appropriate FTE. Compensation is also determined by years of licensure and internal equity.
- Licensed Therapist: $73,163.38 - $100,118.30 annually
- Licensed Psychologist: $109,443.05 - $130,489.79 annually

Essential Functions
- Provide oversight of clinical operations and help establish program policies and procedures.
- Offer weekly individual and group supervision, including case consultation and case conferences.
- Build and maintain a cohesive, supportive, reflective team culture.
- Review process data with staff and identify improvement opportunities; provide targeted training as needed.
- Review outcome data quarterly with staff; respond with training and quality improvements as indicated.
- Oversee staff data entry and documentation accuracy; conduct chart reviews.
- Partner with local nonprofits, public social services, and state-level stakeholders to strengthen service coordination and utilization.
- Maintain a small caseload based on team capacity and program needs.
- Support the Program Manager with additional duties as requested.
- Coordinate care for assigned clients in collaboration with the broader care team.
- Licensed mental health clinician with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
- Active clinical license required: PhD/PsyD (Licensed Psychologist), LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with the population served in a behavioral health setting, including administrative experience.
- 3 years supervising Master’s-level clinicians
- 5 years providing psychotherapy, including experience aligned with the program being led
- Strong knowledge of child, youth, and adult behavioral health interventions/diagnoses
- Experience in office- and community-based settings
- Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and experience working with diverse identities
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
