WSH Management is currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5 properties (total of 532 units) in San Diego and South Orange County including a lease up in Otay Ranch. Regional Managers are fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of their property and the properties within their Region. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership to property managers.
- Ensure communities are meeting all financial, operation, and business metrics.
- Work with Vice President to prepare annual budgets.
- Ensure communities are thriving and providing positive tenant experiences.
- Responsible for providing coaching, counseling, and performance reviews to direct reports.
- Managing inspections with all associated agencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' as a Regional or Property Manager Experience
- Yardi Voyager proficient.
- Current Tax Credit experience.
- New construction lease up.
- College degree preferred.
- Yardi PayScan TCAC Files- MI/AR/IR
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and provide proof of vehicle insurance.
- Candidate will be required to pass a background, moto vehicle report, and drug screening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)
