Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bryn Mawr, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, manage correspondence, and provide executive administrative support. Qualifications
- Strong background in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency in handling phone communications with excellent Phone Etiquette
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including schedule management and team support
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in completing tasks
