WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Structure Finance Analyst II in our Wealth Division. The Structure Finance Analyst will create structured financial models of newly asset backed securitized transaction and “warehouse facilities” using excel and other data modeling applications to project cash flows and run scenario analysis. The incumbent will interact with issuers, underwriters, and external vendors that provide support to WIS Structuring Team. They will also have to interact with external counsel on the review and commenting of new transactions for the modeling and reporting perspective. Monthly they will continue to monitor and model the cash payments in preparation for the Corporate Trust Relationship Managers to make the payments monthly during the production cycle of 15th and 25th payment dates. This position will require mentoring of junior analyst. They will coordinate with Senior Structuring Finance Analyst with review and development of new transactions. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, Mon. – Fri., 8 am – 5 pm position located in North Wilmington, DE or Approved Remote Location.
Expected Responsibilities:
$75,502.00 - $124,039.00
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

Expected Responsibilities:
- Modeling of Structured financial models of ABS and warehouse facilities and review of vendor comparison results
- Work with different internal and external counterparts to execute on all aspects of a new issue securitization transaction and research inquiries on modeling results and payments.
- Participate in Corporate Trust initiative and meetings.
- Participate in special assignments and projects as required.
- Minimum of 6 years demonstrated successful track record in Corporate Trust or in financial services.
- Experience reading and interpreting governing documents.
- Experience working in a Ratings Agency and/or experience working in a quantitative area i.e. Structuring, Market Risk, or Quantitative Analysis
- At least 3 years experience in direct modeling of structured products.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and innovatively in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while making sound decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, be open to change and demonstrate flexibility.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow.
