As an international acoustics and technology consulting and design firm, we’ve spent over 50 years at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and art—crafting spaces for everyone from Grammy-winning artists to world-class educational institutions and corporate giants.
Our Miami office is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant & Business Development Specialist who is as passionate about building relationships as we are about great design.
The Mission: We need a true "door opener"—someone with the grit and charisma to initiate the first conversation. You’ll be the bridge between WSDG’s legendary design legacy and the visionary clients who need our expertise.
What you’ll do:
- Spark Conversations: Use your prospecting skills to find and reach out to architects, developers, and creators who are building the next big thing.
- Master the "First Hello": Whether it’s a cold call, a LinkedIn message, or a tailored email, you know how to bypass the noise and get to the decision-maker.
- Think Globally: You’ll seamlessly switch between English and Spanish, managing leads across the US, LATAM, and beyond.
- Support the Growth: Work closely with our Miami leadership to qualify leads and keep our project pipeline flowing.
Who you are:
- Bilingual: You are fully fluent in English and Spanish (this is essential for our global reach).
- Driven: You have a background in prospecting and sales—you actually enjoy the hunt and the art of the "open."
- Adaptable: You can work from our Miami office or remotely from anywhere in the world.
