What You Will Do
- Develop civil engineering designs under the guidance of a licensed engineer
- Prepare and revise technical drawings and construction documents for municipal projects
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy across project deliverables
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure plans and specifications are complete, accurate, and constructible
- Support project managers with conceptual, preliminary, and final design efforts, including cost estimates and proposals
- Participate in client and team meetings to support project delivery and address technical questions
- Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in civil design or engineering
- Experience with the City of Tulsa is preferred
- Proficiency in CAD design software (Civil 3D preferred or similar tools)
- Familiarity with design platforms such as AutoCAD, Bentley, ArcGIS
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed
