Fire Watchman

Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 3:30 PM–Midnight

We are currently hiring a reliable and attentive Fire Watchman to join our team! Help maintain a safe work environment and monitor the property for potential fire hazards.

• Monitor the work area for signs of fire, smoke, sparks, or other potential hazards.
• Conduct regular inspections of designated areas throughout the shift.
• Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or potential fire hazards immediately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and fire-watch requirements.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and appropriate personnel regarding any concerns.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or other safety-related situations.
• Complete required fire-watch logs and documentation.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous fire watch, security, construction, industrial, or safety experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
