Production Line Laborer

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

Shift Information

• Monday – Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime available (typically not mandatory)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Production Line Laborer / Disassembly Technician position. This role involves the disassembly of smaller transformers, operation of various tools and equipment, and assisting with material processing in an industrial environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on setting where they may get dirty and perform physical labor throughout the shift.

Essential Job Duties

• Disassemble smaller transformers
• Remove and drain transformer oil
• Remove transformer coils
• Operate small hydraulic presses
• Operate small hydraulic shears
• Use power tools safely and effectively
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

PPE & Dress Code

Required:

• Steel-toe shoes
• Jeans or work pants
• Long-sleeve shirt

Important: This position can be dirty. Please dress accordingly and bring a change of clothes for before and after your shift.

Provided Onsite:

• Hard hat
• Additional required PPE

Restrictions:

• No jewelry permitted on the production floor

Uniforms provided after 2 weeks of employment.

Breaks & Lunch

• One paid 20-minute break
• One 30-minute lunch break
