Maintenance
Location: Charleston, WV, 25306
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare housing units for occupancy
- Respond to and complete work orders
- Perform drywall repairs and painting
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- May perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Steel toe boots required
- Must have basic hand tools
- Experience with drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Ability to lift and perform physical labor as needed
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
