We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, and general accounting tasks for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process payroll Assist with payroll tax filings
- Support tax preparation activities and provide general administrative and accounting support
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or tax preparation preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills
Schedule Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Tax Season: Monday–Friday
- Off Season: Monday–Thursday
