We are seeking Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in a plastic production environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining production standards, and following all workplace safety procedures.

Previous plastics manufacturing experience is required. Training on company-specific processes and equipment will be provided.

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
• Mix, move, and transport raw materials and finished products throughout the production process
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or equipment issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production requirements
• Assist with general production tasks as assigned

• Previous experience in plastics manufacturing required
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
