What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at WSB-GRAFTON INC?
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations,
- service plates, and utensils.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and
- being attentive to additional needs.
- Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
- Must have a great attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
