Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Create value through commercial analytics for optimal effectiveness:

• Drive management decision-making & program development by deriving analytics and insights from our BI, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Drive/Optimize / Implement enabling tools / technologies (CRM, data analytics, BI) to field sales teams.
• Align with commercial leadership for use cases to help create action with insights gained.
• Define and develop quantified view of market opportunity across sales channels.
• Establish and maintain a “single source of truth” for consistency and visibility to data across multiple commercial business units.
• Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Establish comprehensive WSA customer view from all WSA business touchpoints (Customer 360). Inclusive of; revenue created, cost to serve, customer profitability, and market trends to support promotional and pricing activities
• Ensuring accuracy and alignment of several data sources into actionable views for Leadership and broader organization to gain insights and take action.
• Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement. Market analytics
• Weekly updates of market provided data for insight to share gain(s) for WSA.
• Monthly and Quarterly updates of market provided data insight by selling channel and geography.
• Annual insight into industry performance and forecast to support future business planning.
• Partner with Marketing team to provide analytics and insight into Market performance Pricing design and administration
• Ensure pricing accuracy for our customers and implement processes to ensure continuation of price accuracy.
• Implement changes in WSA wholesale pricing as needed and/or requested.
• Provide strategic insight into pricing opportunities leveraging competitive knowledge and commercial opportunities to attract customers to WSA and increase revenue.
