The Front Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the Front Desk including Front Desk/Guest Service Agents, staff training and labor management, business reconciliations, audits, reservations, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain administrative records, forms, and compliance documents.
- Support onboarding tasks such as new hire setups, training documents, or communication logs.
- Assist GMs with scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing internal documentation.
- Coordinate with corporate accounting/HR as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Front Desk hotel experience required (supervisory preferred)
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or invoice processing experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to balance guest service with administrative work
- Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems
