Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee estimating efforts, including takeoffs, bid reviews, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with general contractors, owners, and design teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
- Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional projects.
- Proven track record managing projects in the $5M–$40M range.
- Experience with estimating and project financials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, Trimble, etc.).
