Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatch, and field performance
- Develop and execute strategies to grow service and maintenance business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate service agreements and pursue long-term maintenance contracts
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management of the service team
- Ensure customer satisfaction, quality standards, and profitability across service work
- Collaborate with ownership and office staff to align operations with business objectives
- 5 years of HVAC service management experience, preferably in commercial markets
- Proven success in business development and account management within mechanical services
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service procedures, and maintenance contracts
- Ability to manage a field team and coordinate with internal administrative staff
- Proficiency with service dispatch software and CRM systems is preferred
- Competitive base salary $120,000β$150,000, depending on experience
