Healthcare Superintendent

A well-established Carolinas general contractor is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial healthcare projects in the Raleigh market. This is an opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex healthcare and institutional construction.

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate sequencing of work
• Oversee quality control, safety, site logistics, and daily field activities
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and quality expectations
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field staff

• 7 years of commercial construction experience
• Strong healthcare construction experience required
• Ground-up hospital, medical office, renovation, or other complex healthcare project experience preferred
• Previous Superintendent experience with a reputable commercial GC
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, scheduling, and sequencing
• Excellent subcontractor and client management skills
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
