Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily service calls, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Handle replacements, repairs, and client support for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Support the growth and operational goals of the service department.
- Maintain service documentation, reports, and follow-ups according to company standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical service.
- Holds 4–5 relevant certifications preferred (EPA, NATE, or similar).
- Strong technical skills in HVAC systems and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and courteous with excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Hourly pay: $35 – $50 per hour, based on certifications and experience.
